Our 2015 East Coast Road Trip (ECRT) took place Tuesday, July 28, through Friday, July 31, and it was an AWESOME time of re-connecting with faith, fun and friends in a whole new way.
The Cross of Life definition of “East Coast” is the beautiful shore of Lake Michigan! In the course of four days and three nights, our road trippers visit three Wisconsin State Parks along the "East Coast" of Wisconsin. It is a great experience enjoyed by students who have completed Eighth Grade Confirmation Class. During the trip, participants experience everything from riding bikes, crawling through caves, and attending outdoor theater, to cooking over a campfire, snacking in a cemetary, and hitting the beaches. In the midst of all that action, we drive a lot, get to know each other in a whole different setting, and deepen our faith through conversation and study.
Our 2014 Trip took place Tuesday, July 15 – Friday, July 18
Our Year Two Confirmation Families had a great experience traveling up and down the East Coast ... of Wisconsin! We enjoyed our time by camping, hiking, biking, caving, swimming, eating, playing and praying together for four days in God's amazing creation. (Our 2014 group is pictured above.)
